Payment
DeltaTime ApS accepts online payments with VISA/Dankort, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online.

Payment will only be debited from your account when the physical item is dispatched unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

All amounts on the website are inclusive VAT.

The website uses the following currencies for pricing:
– Danish kroner (DDK)

DeltaTime ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol which means your data is safe and cannot be read by other outsiders.

Delivery
Delivery time on your order is usually 2-3 days in Denmark.

DeltaTime ApS ships goods with the following: GLS-private and PostNord – private.

Shipping is calculated by weight.

You will be able to choose between having the package sent “without delivery to home adress” or “with delivery to home adress”.

You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow the package from dispatch to receipt.

Right of withdrawal
A full right of return is granted within the specified period for books purchased on the website unless the book’s plastic cover is broken or otherwise agreed and stated in your order.

The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

Any return costs are at your own expense.

The wish to withdraw must be notified to us within 8 days of delivery and must be received by us within 8 days of us being informed of your exercise of the right of withdrawal.

The wish to exercise the right of withdrawal must be communicated by e-mail to the address: info@deltatime.dk. The notification must clearly state your wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Condition of goods on return
You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than that necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.

If the goods are unwrapped, as described above, they are considered used and of reduced value. This means that if you cancel your purchase, you will receive a small part or none of the purchase price back. It is up to DeltaTime ApS to assess the condition of the goods.

Right to complain
There is a two-year warranty on products under the Danish Purchase Act.

Under Danish law, you have a 2-year warranty period, which runs from the day you receive the goods. In case of complaint, the entire item must be sent to us together with the order number and description of the defect. Our address is:

Remember that the product must always be sent in proper packaging and get a receipt for shipment. You are responsible for the package / goods until our receipt. Therefore, keep the postal receipt including information on shipping costs and any track and trace number.

Legitimate complaint:
If the complaint is justified, we will of course reimburse your reasonable shipping costs (we reimburse according to PostNord’s standard rates) to send the goods back to us. Otherwise, you will be responsible for all transport costs, including our freight costs for returning the goods after examination.

Please note! We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or similar

Customer & Privacy Policy
We do not resell personal information and do not disclose personal information to others, they are only recorded in our customer database. You can have your information deleted at any time.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with DeltaTime ApS, we need the following information:

Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.

We make the registration of your personal data with the purpose, to be able to deliver the goods to you.

The personal information is registered at DeltaTime ApS and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.

When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that this is always done with your explicit consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why.

The management and employees of DeltaTime ApS have access to the information recorded about you.

The data controller at DeltaTime ApS is Bent Okholm.

We do not store or transmit customer information encrypted.

As a registered user of DeltaTime ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to see what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in this regard should be directed to info@deltatime.dk
